Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, both out of court and before German courts and arbitration tribunals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus of his work lies in the management and conceptualization of complex out-of-court and in-court disputes, including commercial and corporate law, also in cross-border matters. Matthias Hupe also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring. A further focus of his practice is providing legal advice in the field of renewable energy.
