Manuel Schöfer is an associate in the areas Corporate Law/M&A.

He advises companies and financial investors on national and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate law. He covers a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on the energy and technology sectors.

He also advises our clients on all matters relating to corporate law, such as the formation, restructuring, and conversion of companies, as well as in court and out-of-court disputes.
