Dr. Alexandra Bergmann is a partner in the area of Intellectual Property Law, Copyright Law, Unfair Competition Law and Litigation.
She represents and advises national and international companies in all areas of Trademark, Copyright, Design and Unfair Competition Law as well as in related legal aspects, both in contentious and non-contentious matters.
The focus of her work ranges from strategic advice in trademark law matters to the management of international trademark portfolios and the conduct of infringement, opposition and cancellation proceedings in relation to German, European and international trademarks, company names and domains. She advises clients in all areas of contract drafting and also has many years of experience in litigation in Intellectual Property, Copyright and Competition Law. In addition, she also advises on the legal aspects of public communications, statements and press law. Furthermore, she advises on contractual and transactional matters such as negotiations and the drafting of license agreements, the assessment of Intellectual Property rights in connection with the acquisition of companies and the evaluation of advertising and marketing campaigns.
