Louis Mayer is an associate with a focus on Intellectual Property and Civil Law.
He represents national and international clients in all matters of Intellectual Property and Copyright law as well as in general civil law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters.
The focus of his work ranges from strategic initial trademark law advice, in particular trademark searches, filings and further trademark law support, to drafting contracts in all areas of civil law and Intellectual Property law, to conducting infringement, opposition and cancellation proceedings in trademark law as well as other trademark and civil law disputes.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Louis Mayer is currently working on his Ph.D. in the field of international civil procedure law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
