Martin Guschlbauer is a partner at HUPE |GANTENBERG in the area of Labor Law.

He represents national and international companies in all areas of German and cross-border employment law, service contract and commercial agency law.

His practice focuses on employment law support in the establishment of personnel management structures in the context of the formation of new companies, ongoing labor law advice including the drafting of contracts and the representation of the companies he advises before the labor courts. A further focus of Martin Guschlbauer’s work is the performance of labor law due diligence audits in the context of M&A processes, the drafting of managing director service agreements as well as out-of-court advice and representation in court in the area of managing director service agreements and commercial agency law.

In addition to his expertise in labor law, Martin Guschlbauer has extensive experience in conducting commercial and corporate law litigation before the courts of ordinary jurisdiction.
