Sebastian Benke is a senior associate specialized in Conflict Resolution and Litigation.
He advises and represents national and international companies in commercial disputes both in and out of court. The focus of his work is on complex court disputes, in particular in commercial and contract law as well as technology-related disputes. Another focus is the defense of liability claims, including so-called mass proceedings.
Sebastian Benke also advises international industrial and technology companies on product liability law and supply chain issues, in particular in the automotive, aviation and consumer goods industries.
Before joining HUPE | GANTENBERG, Sebastian Benke worked for several years for a renowned international law firm in the field of dispute resolution and litigation.
