Shiwa Nassary is an associate in the areas of Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate and Energy Law.
She represents national and international clients in corporate transactions, in particular real estate transactions, as well as in energy law matters. She also advises on corporate housekeeping matters and general legal issues in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
Her practice focuses on conducting real estate and energy due diligence reviews in the context of M&A processes, as well as out-of-court counseling and litigation in the area of real estate law. Shiwa Nassary also specializes in Renewable Energy Law, advising companies and investors in all phases of the development and commercialization of renewable energy projects, including eligibility under the German Renewable Energy Sources Act, planning, tendering for renewable energy facilities, construction, operation, purchase and sale of facilities.
